Effective October 6, 2026. Sacramento 1031 Exchange (sacramento1031exchange.com) is operated by Complete Consulting ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you use the referral request form, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone (optional), city, timeframe, and any message.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request, to deliver and secure the site.
- No ad tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or sell ad space based on your browsing. We do not run analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your referral request and connect you with the type of professional you asked for.
- To run, secure, and improve the site.
- To comply with law.
Who we share it with
- Professionals you ask to be referred to. When you request a referral, we share your request with one or more local professionals of the type you selected so they can contact you. Those professionals handle your information under their own privacy practices.
- Service providers that host the site, process form submissions, and deliver email, only to provide those services to us. The site is hosted by Netlify. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads them.
- Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep referral requests as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete them, generally within 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email completeconsultingca@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request." We will not discriminate against you for making a request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track visitors across other sites for advertising, the site works the same whether or not that signal is on.
Children
This site is for adults making property decisions. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other sites
We link to official sources such as the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board, and to the sites of listed professionals. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
